Wow five weeks! That's really young! Even 8 weeks is too young. She probably just wanted your money and get the pup out of there, one less to take care of. Would you consider trading her back for another until it gets older? Would they even let you? I'm pretty sure this person will not give you any money back, and I am assuming no contract either.
