Anybody else have pups that cannot tolerate certain foods?

My Mike cannot eat foods that have high fat contents
We just went through a few days where he was throwing up constantly
I even had to force some fluids on him
But I realized I was mixing some chopped meat with their food
as soon as I stopped
He was fine
and I remembered we had been giving them cheese as treats before the same thing had happened

as long as he is on a good kibble and canned food he is great

anyone else have the same trouble?
