In the liquify filter I use the forward warp tool, change size of brush and density to your liking. play around with it.
You can widen , lengthen, make fat or skinny. The bigger the brush size the more area moves.
Heres a photo from a horse show, the original then the one that makes him slimmer using the liquify, foreward warp. Just load a pic you want to work on then hit filter then liquify. forward warp is the first one in the list |
