Very normal.......what happens is that they do discharge....some are very clean about removing the discharge themselves....however, as they get bigger and can't perform that task readily.....it does accumulate.....picking up dirt and making the appearence brownish.......no need to worry.
I wouldn't be worried that she can't jump up on the couch, as she shouldn't be jumping whether pregnant or not.
