Neutering isn't as invasive as spaying, so I think you'll actually see him spring back a lot quicker then you might think! I think the anesthesia is most likely the roughest part for him right now. Give him another day or two and he should be back to his normal self! (Although maybe a touch sore.) Some just have less issues with it then others.
