Well, it depends on where you got her. If she came from a rescue, you will have full vet records and she will likely have seen one very recently.
If you bought her from a breeder I would take her immediately, just to check on everything and make sure she has no issues. They will record her vaccinations and tell you when you need to come back for shots.
Also, never, let toys, beds and clothes become more important than a good vet. They can live snuggled up with you or on a couch pillow, but no amount of fancy beds will save them if they have a health issue.
