Default A little worried

I am a little worried. I probably shouldn't be but i am. I am picking Baxter up next Tuesday. I asked the owner of the litter to keep him until he is 11 weeks old. She only has Baxter and one of his sisters left (she is sold though and will be picked up next week as well). Baxter has bonded so much to her that I am afraid that when I pick him up he is going to be SO sad. I visit him every week (tonight was my last visit until I bring him home next week-too unhappy to take new pictures).

My concern (she told me tonight) is that she lets him sleep on her chest every night. So, he listens to her heartbeat every night and has bonded so much to her. I didn't see it last week but I sure as heck saw it tonight. Every time she got off the couch he was trying to follow her and was almost jumping out of my arms. That makes me sad . I have been visiting him so he gets use to me but it seems like he has already bonded and I don't want this to be a traumatic experience for him. I love him so much already. I don't want him to have any anxiety issues.

What can I do when I bring him home to make him more comfortable? He was taken from him mom and now his people mom and I don't want him to be sad when I bring him home.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

(I remember with my daughter-her hearing my heartbeat made her feel secure-my heartbeat is totally foreign to Baxter...)
