Here's what my vet advised when determining whether one of my dogs had food allergies.....put her on brown rice and white fish......fastest way to determine food allergies.....
Your baby appears to be allergic to chicken....then as stated above it could very well be the shampoo your using....try a good medicated shampoo from your vet....make sure you rinse shampoo out thorougly, then rinse again with a 1 part vinegar to 10 parts water rinse.....
