Sorry to hear about your puppies allergy issues. It is hard to watch them be so misreable. You might want to reasearch putting him on a raw diet. I have heard a lot of success stories of dogs with skin and allergy issues resolving after eatting raw. Allergies are a product of a comprimised ammune system and the raw apparently builds the system up and in turn resolves a lot of issues. I am sure others may have expereince with this as I have only heard of these stories. Good luck
