Glad you're okay. It is also possible for the dog to hit the shifter and throw you into neutral if he is trying to get into your lap. This is why I don't allow Bailey to sit in my lap anymore. He is big and I'm sure he could do it. Even a small dog could hit your stearing wheel or inhibit your ability to turn it. Thanks for helping spread the awareness.
