Marlee will be 22 weeks old on Tuesday. We did great until the cold weather came and now the Seattle rain has settled in. Now she doesn't want to go out, she will pee about 50% of the time, but pooping, forget it. I usually stand at the porch and am shouting what a good girl she is, and she has my 10yr old yorkie, Rocco who is perfectly potty-trained, even in rain and snow, setting a great example. So I am at a loss, but will jump on your thread for some advise!
