It's called a semi schnauzer cut! I use to have all my pet yorkies cut down like this. It's rather simple to tell your groomer. I'll try and find a pic that I've taken of my yorkies in this cut. I'd have to search some discs I have. It's just another way to clip a yorkie. I always liked my pets to have the skirt. Now the yorkie I have that doesn't have a silk coat I clip the hair on the legs because it's easier to maintain.
