I'm looking for the same thing. I have a backpack with a safety tether, which is great, but it would be nice to have a purse type bag. I was watching HGTV and the real estate agent on House Hunters was carrying her Yorkie around in a wonderful looking bag. Its head was sticking out the top. The bags are cute suggested above and I like their looks, but I can't afford the price.
Any ideas?
