Keep watching......first stages of labor - Uterine contractions, dilation of cervixabdominal discomfort, panting, etc; may last 3 to 6 hours.....
However, some may not, for whatever reason, advice to second stage......if first stage continues too long....you might want to put a call into your vet and/or take her in.
