My mom has been here this week and just left to go back home (350 miles away). She also took our little Kona with her!!! My DH and I are going to Hawaii on Wednesday for Thanksgiving. It is a yearly tradition but this is the first year we have had our furbaby. I know my parents will take great care of her (in fact I told Kona not to listen to them if they try to talk her into staying with them forever). She will have my parent's Maltese to play with, if they don't ignore each other the whole 2 weeks like they did the last time they were together. I just miss so much already and she has only been gone about 3 hours! I know 2 weeks isn't a long time but we have grown so attached to her and the house is SO quite right now.
