When I was a kid my family always went and bought a christmas tree the friday after thanksgiving and then decorated it over the weekend. We have a fake now because of living in apartments and because of our cat. We are going to be out of town over thanksgiving so I would imagine we will decorate the next weekend. My mom always says she can't go christmas shopping til it snows. It just doesn't feel right. I however, wanna get it done as soon as possible I've already started buying presents. My husband can't get into it however, until after his birthday 11/13 and then he'll be all about getting presents bought too. My parents are total christmas eve shoppers. They close down the stores christmas eve eve & christmas eve. They're crazy there is no way I could deal with those crowds.
