i would stop all treats and treat with kibble get back to basics when they are sick so you can figure out what is causing this as it could be the treats so first cut out all treats then if he is still doing this switch food go slowly and see what is causing this. It cannot hurt to rule out blockage and get a quick xray as one of mine is a spaz and she did fine getting an xray without sedation- if your vet is good they will be able to xray without sedation
