our internal medicine specialist said dogs with ibd tend to test high on amylase and lipase and on the spec cpli with no symptoms of pancreatitis at the time testing high so that would be only indicator on blood work but i would not put your dog through that.

are you sure no blockage ?
okay...do you mean blockage as far as his bowels?
