Sounds a bit like some kind of internal bleeding, but old blood.......if your vet says all is fine and put her on antibiotics.....go with what your vet says......he's hearing heartbeats........
Someone else on here had a bit of green discharge, but her girl delivered a healthy pup later that evening....
