I do the NutriDrops to help her along, if needed and immediately after. Also, administer a couple of drops onto the puppies gums.
The goats milk recipe I give at times between puppies, if she'll take it. But definately as soon as she's been cleaned up and puppies are with her. I pour into a cereal bowl and put it under her chin, I've never had one turn their nose up at it.
Recipe:
1 12 oz can of goats milk
= part of distilled water - I usually make sure the water has been refrigerated, a bit more refreshing to them.
1 tablespoon of Karo Syrup
1 well beaten egg yolk
Shake and serve
