Yorkie breeders site: AKC Yorkshire Terrier breeder exhibitor of yorkie puppies - Yorkiepassion has a chart on their site. It's only a guide. Breeders I've spoken to have said that you triple what the 12 week weight is. In the past they use to double it, but I've spoken to a few that say they like to triple the weight to be safe. Everything is a guide but quite a lot depend on the lines etc. And, just because the parents were tiny does not always mean the babies will be small and same goes fo larger parents. The only way to guarantee a size is to get an older pup. I would look for one that is around 9 months old and then add maybe a pound or two to the weight that pup is at.
