 Bully Stick Question
So I bought Sophie her first bully stick today (a Merrick one)!! And she LOVES it!!! She actually took it and hid under the couch with it before taking it to her crate and bed! LOL Anyway, I was noticing how it was dissolving/getting soft already where she chewed and that of course makes me a bit paranoid as far as bacteria is concerned. Also, of course we cant get every last bit of cat hair up from our 3 cats either so I know that the end will get some cat hair on it. Anyway, back to my question!!
Can you rinse these off and put them in a plastic container/bag and store in the fridge or freezer until the next time I let her have it?
Also, if I were to buy several could they also be frozen or refrigerated until I get ready to use them?
I know I've seen this topic about putting them in the fridge on here but I can't find it again! Any suggestions would be nice! |
