I'd like an experienced vet for a 2.5 lb yorkie in Chicago. Preferably near downtown near north etc. She is about to be spayed and I'm a bit concerned about lack of experience with dogs that are that small. She is really healthy. Though I guess you don't know what can happen during an operation. I don't like the idea they are giving me all these options that take the cost up to $600 plus dollars. I would think with this type of dog unfortunately they would tell me these aren't options. Pre blood work. IV for hydration etc. Please let me know. Of course on the other hand I can go to PAWS for around $60!
