Question for all of you, I find this is very interesting thread.
SO what is the breakdown, I hear you all talk about Newbies etc and when I try to research your own personal lines, I don't find much history behind your lines? I mean I see who the breeders are that are in the pedigrees etc.
So what is a Newbie? How many years showing makes you a newbie or not? How many years breeding makes you a newbie or not?
Who is a newbie here and who is the experts?
How many lines in a pedigree makes you the one who is the real breeder or does the credit go back to the breeder of the sire and dam or grsire grdam? Help me get a grasp of what this all boils down to be newbie etc...
How long have you ladies actually have your OWN lines? How many generations in your pedigrees are from your own lines? Or from lack of a better word, a borrowed line from the previous breeder??
I do think this thread is very good.
Thanks for posting this
