i just got home from work a while ago and my baby is wobbly. she stands and then her legs slide from under her and she loses her balance. she won't eat and she has no energy.

my boyfriend said she threw up about 3 hours ago.
i don't know what to do.

do you think it is head trauma? maybe she ate something poisonous?
i asked if these were possibilities but boyfriend, people in the house say they haven't seen any of the above.

any help!?
