My Bella is sick again and I don't know what to do! She is 2 yrs. old and she is currently pregnant for the first time. Her last mating was on the 24th of October. Six days after her last mating, she started to vomit and have the runs. Also, she stopped eating. Her vomit was very yellow in color and sometimes foamy. On the evening of the second day, I noticed that the stool was very watery with some gelatin (like egg whites or runny snot) like consistency to it tinged with blood! I was so scared! I took her the very next morning to her vet where they did a complete work up. They took her blood and stool sample for testing and also gave her subcutaneous fluids, a penicillin G injection and prescription for Clavamox drops. The next day she was back to her usual bright self and her stool was back to normal in two days. Also, the tests came back all negative. She was perfectly healthy. Now, exactly one week after her Clavamox ended, she is having the same symptoms and not eating. She is drinking and I have put pedialite in with her water. I am so worried for her and her unborn puppies. What could be wrong with her?
