Buddy does the same. He shadows his mom when we are both home. When I am home alone (his mom works nights), he follows me everywhere, too. He opens the bathroom door and comes right in. Most of the time, if my wife stays up late, and I go to bed, he comes with me. He has to have someone in bed with him, and I think he likes to sleep closer to me because I sleep a lot warmer than my wife. I love it. I think it is hilarious! I do call him a wuss when he goes after his mom...like he is scared to be without her for one second. The wife usually scolds me...
