You can cut that hair off by his weewee, I do it with my male, all you have to do is put your thumb and pointer at the tip of his weewee and then cut the hair, that way your thumb is blocking his weewee so you wont cut it!! If you need help have someone hold him. That will help with the pee smell. Also you can trim the hair on his belly too.. Or take him in to the groomer to get a sanitary clip!! As far as fixing him to fix the pee smell, I highly doubt that. I hope you get more advice!!
