It just sits anywhere that it will fit on and it swivels I believe. I don't have one but I am getting one when I can afford to. It has the pole for the lead and think it comes with the lead too, not sure. I believe that is very similar to what Marcerella used, seen in her grooming videos.

It is the cheapest table I've seen and everyone seems to live by petedge products. I'd say it's probably one of the best small tables.
