Hi..I have a 6 year old male and I have recently noticed dark brown perfectly circular spots on his testicles and another spot right next to his mouth. They are smooth with his skin. He doesn't have dry skin, known allergies or any illnesses that I know of. Does this sound like cancer forming or could it possibly be something else?
