I am also a "Newbie" to this site. Since joining I have read alot of unpleasant posts. I joined because I thought this was a positive place to get help with concerns or to share joy. I belonged to another site a few years ago and the same thing happened. I left that site.
I understand alot of people handle things in different ways. I received a lovely puppy from Deana and she was terrific to deal with. If I had any questions she was there right away. She even drove to meet me 2 hours out of her way. I call that caring.
Like others have said there is always 2 sides to every story. Perhaps we could give Deana a chance to say her side? From what I hear she drove 4 hours to bring the dog to that lady. Now all she is asking is for the lady to drive hours back to see a vet that she takes her dogs to to get it evalualted. I am sure alot of the other breeders do the same thing. I signed a contract for another dog I have and I had to take her to that breeders vet for a check up when mine found something. I did it and when things proved bad the breeder gave me my choice of another puppy or my money back.
Again I may get slammed here but I wanted to add my 2 cents as well.
