keep massaging it, try taping it up. shave the tips of the ears...all these things MIGHT help it to stand. Sadie had one up and one down for a day or two and then the other came up as well....
if you love your baby though, having a floppy ear won't be that big of a deal. i know it's hard when one does one thing and the other doesn't follow, but in the long run all yorkies are cute even the floppy eared ones or the lop sided ears ones.
