so i got my dog and was told that she is a yorkie. but she is 8.5lbs. according to AKC a true yorkie is under 7. and a SILKY terrier is 8 to 11 lbs. looking at pictures online were gonna guess she is more a silky. but the lady i got her from swore up and down that she is a yorkie with papers.. not that i care cause i love her dearly, im just curious... does anyone know? can u tell the difference??
