I'd say you should follow a special diet for her liver, but then that may not be her problem. I probably would anyway though. That is, no red meat, no exotics, no organ meat. Red meat contains a lot of ammonia (toxins) which can build up in her system and cause neurologic symptoms (shaking, etc.).
