Is the bump really hard and maybe a bit pinkish/red? I found one like that on Kaji not to long ago and it fell off last week. I didn't hurt him at all and he didn't mind me touching it or squeezing it, I wanted to see if it was painfull for him. I guess it was a wart because it's completely gone now.
