You're right. I had this exact same problem with my puppy at 6 weeks. I had to stop the Flagyl. I gave her a little dish of the liquid Dannon probiotic and she loved it. You can buy it from Revival in a packet. It's called Forte Flora - mix with the food - I think this is what helped my puppy the most.
