Well if you are really serious about correcting the problem you are going to have to inconvenience yourself and maybe even carry her out and put her in the yard and make sure she goes potty where she needs to. And wash or bleach that concrete area where she is pottying and then rinse it really well. It has to have no scents of pee or she will potty there again. It may take some of your time but well worth it in the long run if you can get her to potty everytime in the yard. Hope this helps.
