Has anyone tried the Pet loo? I have a house training problem Oscar is a year old still not house trained. I have the pee pads down he uses it only if I close him in his play pen . We can take him out for regular walks several times a day. He will come in and pee on the carpet or hardwood he doesn't care. If we catch him in the act he knows he's done wrong. He has no respect for the house. I thought the pet loo might help because he may like the grass pad. We live in a condo.
