I would continue to pull the leash gentley but coax her with some treats (small pieces of apple). Everytime she walked towards me I would say loudly but in a cutsey voice "Gooood Girl!!!" and give her a treat. Then I would spread the treats and say Good Girl without a treat once or twice and on the third time give her a treat, Patience. If you give up and pick her up she will have trained you..lol
