Oh your babies are adorable! I would take her to a groomer for shaving her ears and trimming the hair on her feet and under her tail, that will help with the pottying issues. If you want to try grooming her on your own there are some good videos of people doing their dogs you can watch for tips. She will probably stop stepping in her pee as she grows up, until then you try wiping or rinsing them....For the floppy ears you can try massage and giving her a little cottage cheese for the calcium, hopefully they will come up on their own.
