If you are having trouble driving Toby places I suggest you look in to a pet car seat. It makes traveling with your yorkie so easy
! I got one from the HunterK9 web site and it works beautifully. It straps around the back of the seat and again around the headrest. It has a small leash that attaches to her harness D ring to keep her comfortably in place. It sets up high so Sophie can look out the window and she loves to ride in the car secure in her own seat. Yorkies certainly can be obstinate but eventually continued commands followed by treats, praise and patience will usually work. GOOD LUCK
