I wouldn't go getting more antibiotics and anti diarrheal stuff without the advice of a vet. She could have something physically wrong with her intestines or anal glands and since she has been on metro for two weeks you could do more harm than good. Even putting neosporin on her sore bottom could mess up tests the vet wanted to run.
