Yes, that sounds normal. Teething can be painful, can even cause digestive issues for some doggies, including loss of appetite (bc teeth hurt) and/or looser stools. It can help to give them chews etc. and some people will put chews in the freezer and then give them as this may help the mouth feel better. If it really seems bad, you might ask your vet for something for pain. How is she otherwise? Is she eating okay?
