I'm sorry your baby went through this at only 4yrs old.
I read, before getting Buddy, that Yorkie's loose their teeth at
a very young age if not properly taken care of. It's hard to believe
but it's true. The teeth hold the tongue in place therefore without
teeth the tongue will come forward and stick out.
Hope your baby is feelings ok today. That's a shame.
