Just make one! Cut a circle out of cardboard - pretty wide - the a circle out of the middle for his neck, slice into the middle - put it on him and tape it! Duct tape is wonderful! The idea is to put something between his head and body so he can't get to the stitches. Doesn't have to be perfect - just has to work. Check for them online and you'll see what they look like and just go for it. I've made them for puppies and dogs.
