She gets a baby carrot every morning when I am fixing my coffee. *You do need to watch them, as they can choke on things like this*
And in the evening when I am cutting up whatever veggie or fruit I am having for supper, I give her a small bite. *just be sure you know which are the bad-for-yorkie veg/fruits* I think there is a sticky on here. You would be surprised what they should never eat
So far a little veggie treat or 2 has not hurt Bonnie in any way. I guess, like small children, if they were eating two many treats and not eating their "real" food would be the only issue.
