Maggie May swallowed a piece one night and started to gag from it and it wound up going down. It was earlier in the evening so we were able to keep an eye on her. And wouldn't you know it, she wanted another stick! Needless to say that was it for bullies that night!
She just, this past Friday night, threw up a piece that she tried to swallow. I had fallen asleep on the sofa and was woken up by her gagging on my lap. That was scary.
We take them away from her (them) when they get to a certain point but she chews them down so quickly that thru the evening, she make whittle one down before we realize it.
Just keep an eye on Sadie. Thankfully, they are 100% digestible. |
