This happened to Remy, you can see his pix in my profile. His ears were up since he was little. A few months ago his one ear started drooping for no reason, or so I thought.... (his 1 year pix shows his ear droopy). He was no longer teething as all his adult teeth were in. Turns out he had a minor ear infection, and then had some GI issues (parasites)

Once he recovered and was healthy his ear perked right back up
