Goodbye Jazz I am sort of new to YorkieTalk. My husband has been a member aka GoodPotty Jazz for a while now. Some of you may have seen the video (GoodPotty Jazz) of our little Jazz going potty only before she has gone in circles. She was a tiny yorkie and was diagnosed with liver shunts when she was about a year old. She went on a special rx non protein diet that eliminated her symptoms for 4 years. I took her to have her teeth cleaned in June as I did regularly and she became very sick. The emergency vet said she had an undetected enlarged heart which is common with dogs with liver shunts. She passed away the next night. Our hearts were broken and we miss her dearly. She was such a spunky pup with so much personality! After a few months of too much quite, we decided to add to our empty nest. We found not only 1 but 2 little yorkie boys. There names are Chief & Harley. They are almost 7 months old now. Although we will always miss our little Jazz we are enjoying getting to know our two playful boys. |
