I don't think that his inhaling it is detrimental, but I'd check with your vet about his licking it. And find out why your dog has breating issues....he could have a sinus condition. |
I always use Vicks for breathing issues, same w/ coughing! I rub it all over my throat for coughing and for breathing, I'll put some under my nose.
With that said, I have NO idea about dogs.
